Founded in 2013 by Michael L. Gray Jr. (Owner) and Shannon Gray (Project Manager), our company is built on experience, integrity, and a deep commitment to serving our community. With a combined 34 years of total construction experience, we bring knowledge, skill, and steady leadership to every project we undertake.
Shannon holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business and is OSHA Certified, ensuring that our operations are grounded in both strong business principles and a firm commitment to safety. Married for 25 years and proud parents of three sons and one daughter, we are family-centered and community-driven. Both of us were born and raised in Charlotte, NC, and being local means we genuinely care about the people and neighborhoods we serve.
Our success comes from honesty, Christian values, integrity, accountability, and building trust with every customer. We believe in constant, open communication throughout the entire construction process. From accurate timelines to detailed updates at every phase, we ensure our clients feel informed and confident from start to finish.
